CORN MILL COURT, NEW MILLS PHASE ONE

Phase one of Corn Mill Court comprised of four traditionally built four storey townhouses. From Albion Road these homes looked like a simple two storey terrace, however when you entered into Corn Mill Court you could see and fully appreciate the shear size of these beautifully presented new build homes.

Phase One - Corn Mill Court, A Place To Call Home

These contemporary homes are of a four storey traditionally built construction (no timber frames here).  


Fronting Albion Road with an enclosed small courtyard front garden. From the main road you can see just two of the four levels which gave it that deceiving traditional terrace appearance that its neighbouring properties also enjoy.


As you entered into Corn Mill Court itself, the true size of these plots were revealed. These plots also offered the added bonus of a spacious integral garage, something that phase 2 could not offer.


Phase one comprised of four plots which were designed to live off the back of them, utilising access from Corn Mill Court itself. 


Each plot had slate roofs and acoustic glazing throughout as standard, these homes offered high energy efficiency which in turn helps save on your future

Energy bills. 

 

Four Plots, two styles

The spacious living accommodation is split across three floors, in brief offering a fitted breakfast kitchen, multi purpose room/ utility, two wc’s, a lounge and three bedrooms - the master bedroom benfitting from an ensuite shower room. 


Plots 1 & 2 had a main family shower room, where as plot 3 & 4 had a main family bathroom which included a separate shower cubical in addition to the bath.



Individuality

Regardless of which style the plot was, each one offered a different colour and tiling scheme throughout their kitchen and bathrooms so that your home was as unique as you. 

GARAGE & PARKING

Each plot had its own driveway parking space for one car, and a generous integral garage with electric panelled up and over door, spot lights, cetral heating and fibre optic provisioning unit.

There are not many new build single garages that fit a Range Rover in, these did.


In addition to their own private parking, these had access to the visitor parking, and access to on street parking on Albion Road right outside their door (not within their ownership)

Communal Grounds

Phase one also benefitted from having access and use of the communal grounds and shared amenities. There are two main areas for sitting out, in addition to tiered flower beds, communal bin store areas, and block paved private roadway/ courtyard.


Each dwelling has a share on Corn Mill (New Mills) Management Company.
